Abel (legal name: Abel AI Solutions, a sole proprietorship) is an independent, veteran-owned development studio (abeldev.org). This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect and how we use it. We keep this short on purpose.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill out the contact / project form, we receive the name, email, project details, budget, timeline, and message you provide.
• Payments. If you pay a deposit or invoice, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that securely.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics. If enabled, we use aggregate, cookie-light analytics to understand traffic. We do not build advertising profiles or sell data.

How we use it

Only to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver your project, send invoices, and provide support. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site and business run, each handling data under their own privacy terms:

• Cloudflare — website hosting/delivery.
• FormSubmit — delivers contact-form submissions to our email.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google Workspace — email and calendar for replying and scheduling.
• Twitch — the embedded live player loads from Twitch when present.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you've given us at any time — just email hello@abeldev.org. We keep inquiry and client records only as long as needed to work together and meet legal/tax requirements.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Payments run through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
